As I write this, I am sipping on a frozen coffee which for me is pretty rare!  I am totally not your typical coffee drinker because hot beverages really aren’t my thing.  I’m feeling all energized, thanks to said coffee, so plopped down to get this blog written out.

  3. Mentor/Coaching: Let’s be real.  This is often very undervalued and something we think we can do without.  Not so my friend!  If you don’t invest in yourself and create some accountability, it is easy to quit or not make the progress you truly desire.  It is also incredibly helpful to get outside perspective and encouragement!
