Lately, all we are hearing about on the news is the coronavirus and what is happening to attempt to curb its spread. Through these uncertain times, many businesses have been faced with planning for the worst, ensuring they do the best they can to meet customer needs and take care of their employees in the process.
For those of us who are entrepreneurs in the online space, even though we don’t have a physical business disruption, sales can be impacted as customer’s attention is focused on the uncertainties ahead. If you happen to have a physical business or a combination of both physical and online locations, much more planning is necessary to ensure the safety of all.
Many are worried that the economy is going to suffer significantly as a result of this health crisis, so thought leaders and large corporations have started putting together resources for small and medium sized businesses to weather the storm.

Other Options To Consider
Small Business Organizations
Many areas have organizations for small business that provide education and tools. Research your local small business organizations and see if they are providing assistance to businesses struggling due to Covid-19.
Banking Institutions
Some banking institutions are setting up relief funds to help those negatively impacted. Contact your financial institution and ask if they have any programs available to help. If necessary get familiar with online banking features. Most of us are at this point, but many still go to the bank to ole fashioned way. If that is the case, get familiar with the tools available to access your money via mobile or online.
Relief Funds
Research relief funds that apply to your area of business and apply if you qualify. The government also seems to be working on economic policy responses to this ongoing health crisis.
We may be dealing with disruption related to this healthcare crisis for the foreseeable future. My heart goes out to those negatively impacted beyond inconvenience. I hope all people that are feeling the effects of this new virus obtain the help and support needed to recover.
